Latham Street is located within easy reach of all sorts of great things that Preston has to offer. Avenham and Miller parks for example are just a minute or two away on foot, so you’ll never be far from a good walk or some outstanding scenery.
Winckley square is only a few moments away also, a peaceful retreat from city leaf and a great place to enjoy an outdoor lunch, read a book or just to watch the world go by.
